"On Population Migration" dated 07/22/2011 No. 477-IV, the Law "On the Legal status of foreign citizens in the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated June 19, 1995 No. 2337 with amendments and additions on 07/22/2011, every foreign citizen and stateless person upon entry into the Republic of Kazakhstan is obliged to stand for migration registration.

In accordance with the approved Rules of the Organization of International Cooperation carried out by educational organizations by Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 27, 2007 No. 661, registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on January 21, 2008 No. 5106, an increase in the level and quality of international cooperation with foreign students is ensured. The University creates favorable social, economic, and living conditions for foreign citizens during their studies. A questionnaire is filled out for each foreign student, as well as an account card is created.
