On February 25, 2022, the Ekibastuz Engineering and Technical Institute named after ak.K.I.Satpayev, as well as the college of the Ekibastuz Engineering and Technical Institute named after ak.K.I.Satpayev signed a Memorandum of mutual cooperation with the Akimat of Pavlodar region and such major enterprises as EkibastuzFerroAlloys LLP, Mineral Product LLP International", Aksu Electrometallurgical Plant.

The trilateral agreement is necessary to strengthen cooperation and unite the common efforts of the parties in order to increase the efficiency of their work in the scientific and technical field, passing the internship of students with the possibility of further employment.

Employees of the above-mentioned enterprises will begin to teach students in the classroom, introduce them to the technological process and report vacancies.

According to the deputy akim of the region for investment, entrepreneurship development and FEZ Saken Shayakhmetov, personnel training is also important from the point of view of attracting investment, which is considered key for the region.
