We provide you with information about the quota for persons of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan!

Kandas quota is 4%. That is, 4% of the total number of grants will be allocated to candidates. For example, in 2024, 13,735 grants were allocated in the field of “Pedagogical Sciences”, of which 549 grants or 4% will be distributed among candidates.

✅To participate in the grant competition under this quota, candidates provide a foreign passport with the specified nationality (Kazakh). Please note that there are no threshold UNT scores for participation in the grant competition.
