• The first stage of the competition - submission of applications for participation via the Google form - will last until November 15. Debating clubs of all levels (schools, colleges, universities and palaces of schoolchildren) can take part in the competition.
• The second stage of the competition, the publication of videos, will last until November 20.

A special WhatsApp chat has been created for clubs who have submitted applications to distribute information announcements.
