Kairat Kurmanbayev is a Kazakhstani scientist, the first PhD in Islamic studies in Kazakhstan. The former vice-rector of the Egyptian Nur-Mubarak University of Islamic Culture and the chairman of the Congress of Religious Scholars of Kazakhstan told the youth about religion.
