On June 12, 2023, a meeting of the PRME Council was held in New York, followed by the PRME 2023 Global Forum.

Founder and President of Almaty Management University (AlmaU) Asylbek Kozhakhmetov has been a member of the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) Council for the last three years.

On June 12, Asylbek Bazarbaevich personally attended the last meeting of the Council, where new members were introduced, and mementos were presented to members completing their term of office in recognition of outstanding work.

PRME Board members come from all over the world to promote responsible management education through PRME. The Council welcomes the diversity of knowledge, experience and points of view that help PRME's aspirations for a better future.

AlmaU student Navruz Yerkayev represents the Eurasian region in the PRME Global Students Student initiative from 2022. And Aurora Diaz Soloaga, a lecturer at the School of Management, is a member of the PRME (i5) (ExPeG) expert teaching group of professors from all over the world who share a deep conviction in sustainable development and an insatiable passion for innovation and learning.
