Within the framework of this event, a presentation of the leadership Academy "Shamshyrak" was held. The event was organized by Margulan University and the Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan of Pavlodar region. It brought together more than 100 activists of student organizations of the university. In particular, there were student ombudsmen of the cities of Astana, Kostanay, Kokshetau, Semey, Karaganda and Pavlodar.
The forum of students of the northern region opened with a welcoming speech by Serik Ilyasov, Vice-Rector for Educational and Social Affairs of Margulan University.
    During the forum, the executive director of the Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan - Student Ombudsman Aruzhan Kuandykovna, deputy of the Pavlodar city Maslikhat, head of the regional headquarters "Zhasyl El" Rusana Sakekova, chairman of the Alliance of Students of Pavlodar region Dauren Sharipov spoke, who touched upon the issues of protecting the rights of students, obtaining quality education, opportunities for self-development of students, environmental activity.
     During the kurultai, together with representatives of law enforcement agencies, topical issues of society that hinder the development of youth were discussed. Muratbek Kassymov, Deputy Head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption in the Pavlodar region, presented the project "Anti-corruption volunteering".
       Irina Temirgalieva, a senior operative for particularly important cases of the regional department for combating Drug crime, spoke about the harm and consequences of using synthetic drugs for young people and focused on preventive work.
      During the kurultai, a presentation of the leadership Academy "Shamshyrak" of Margulan University took place. Activists of the student Parliament familiarized with the main activities of the organization. The aim of the Academy is to develop the leadership potential of students and involve them in community service. This is the realization of the concept of a versatile personality, professional development, necessary special knowledge, etc.
