As part of the social order of the KSU “Center for the Development of Youth Initiatives” at the Department of Internal Policy of the Akimat of Ekibastuz, the collection “Golden Book of Volunteers” was published. The book contains a preface by the mayor of the city, Ayan Uakhitovich, who thanked the volunteers for their hard work and efforts to form a civil society. The set is available in 50 copies, with an additional 50 copies in print. The book includes about 16 volunteer organizations and detachments of the city of Ekibastuz, where special certificates were awarded at the Volunteerism-Feat festival. At the festival, Deputy akim of the city Bibigul Imangalieva Sagintayevna held a book presentation and congratulated all the volunteers on the International Volunteer Day. The festival was held at the Shanyrak restaurant, where more than 200 volunteers took part, and memorable gifts were presented to all. The head of the Department of Information and Public Development of Pavlodar region, Rauan Kayypkhanovich, presented a letter of thanks to about 60 volunteers. Songs and dances were performed at the festival, and the volunteers of the Zhastar Youth Center opened the curtain on Sakha. A special exhibition was put up at the festival, a fragment of the documentary "Volunteers" was shown, and buffet tables were presented to the guests.
