On April 13, 2026, a scientific and expert conference titled “Әйелдің білімі - болашақ ғылымның негізі” was held at Торайгыров Университет in Павлодар. The event was organized within the framework of the regional case platform “Ғылым Talks” under the “Women in Science” priority of the women’s wing of the Pavlodar Regional филиал of the партия AMANAT party.

The conference was attended by the Secretary of the AMANAT party Каринова Шолпан Танатовна, as well as Member of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Co-Chair of the “Women in Science” direction under the AMANAT party Ким Вера Александровна.

The main objective of the meeting was to consolidate the scientific potential of women, enhance their leadership capacity, and build a sustainable scientific community through knowledge exchange, discussion of current challenges, and development of practice-oriented solutions in the context of digitalization and transformation of science.

Representing the Institute, PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Metallurgy and Natural Sciences Нурмаганбетова Бакыт Назарбековна delivered a presentation titled “Women in Engineering: My Path,” sharing her professional experience and highlighting the role of women in engineering.

Such events contribute to strengthening scientific collaboration and expanding the participation of women in the development of national science.
