On May 14, 2026, deputy of the Ekibastuz city Maslikhat, head of the deputy faction of the city branch of the AMANAT party M. Malikova held an international scientific and practical seminar "Improving the quality of education, modern innovations in science and production", organized jointly by the Ekibastuz Engineering and Technical Institute named after Academician K. Satpayev and Kuzbass State Technical University named after T. F. Gorbachev participated in the conference.

The conference has become an important platform for discussing issues related to the development of the education system, the improvement of science and the introduction of modern technologies in the field of production and brought together representatives of the scientific community, teachers, students and experts.

According to a good tradition, M. Malikova, together with the rector of the EITI, deputy of the city Maslikhat D. Sivaraksha, laid flowers at the monument to the outstanding scientist Kanysh Satpayev and the memorial plaque to the founder of the Institute M. Mardenov and honored their great contribution to the development of national science and education. 

The conference included the opening of a modern coworking center for students. The new center will allow young people to study, freely exchange ideas, and implement new ideas.
