The purpose of the educational program:

Training highly educated, competitive specialists in the field of construction production who can professionally solve modern problems of design, construction, operation, and reconstruction of buildings and structures.

Learning outcomes:

РО 1 – Solve  professional  tasks on the basis of communicative, social, natural science, regulatory and legal aspects. Build trajectories of self-education, personal improvement and professional growth.

РО 2 – Select effective materials, structures, means of mechanization, equipment, engineering systems and technologies, using knowledge in the field of natural and mathematical sciences.

РО 3 – Implement the results of work in the form of design, calculation, technical and technological documentation of construction production using computer-aided design and modeling systems. 

РО 4 – Apply methods of integrated design of construction facilities in accordance with the principles of ecology, energy and resource conservation.

РО 5 – Develop technological processes for the construction, repair and reconstruction of buildings and structures in engineering and geological conditions of varying degrees of complexity.

РО 6 – To plan, organize and manage various processes in the construction industry. Possess the skills of making decisions of an economic nature in conditions of uncertainty and risk.

РО 7 – Make informed decisions in the field of operation, in the processes of inspection and assessment of the condition, repair and modernization of buildings, structures, engineering systems, networks and equipment.

РО 8 – Organize control over compliance with the quality and safety requirements of the technological discipline of construction processes.

РО 9 – Implement the introduction of innovative technologies in the field of construction, applying the methods of theoretical and experimental research.

РО 10 – Own the methods of technical and economic analysis and making rational design, engineering and construction and management decisions.

  • in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of construction technologies, materials science and regulatory documentation;

  • willingness to continuously develop professionally, learn about modern construction techniques, programs, and equipment;
  • organization and the ability to plan work processes, deadlines, and resources effectively on-site.

The bachelor's degree holder should have the following competencies in the field of construction:

  • in-depth knowledge of the basics of construction production, the properties of building materials and structures;
  •  the ability to conduct analysis and quality control of building materials, products, and structural elements;
  •  skills in working with modern construction equipment, tools, and the latest technologies for building buildings and structures;
  •  the ability to develop and implement innovative technological solutions and methods for organizing construction production;
  •  knowledge of building codes and regulations, the basics of occupational safety, and environmental protection requirements in construction.
  •  the ability to work with design, technical, and regulatory documentation, including SN, SP, GOST, and other industry standards.
  •  the ability to conduct technical research, inspections of buildings and structures, and participate in research and development projects.
